Charlie Grubb - President & CEO

As President & CEO of Southeast Casino Parties, Charlie Grubb brings more than two decades of entrepreneurial experience and a passion for creating memorable experiences, building strong teams, and developing lasting customer relationships. A graduate of Western Carolina University, Charlie knew early in his career that entrepreneurship was the path he wanted to pursue and today proudly considers himself a serial entrepreneur.

Charlie began his entrepreneurial journey in the event industry in 2004 with the launch of SE Sports & Entertainment, Inc. Through years of producing and managing events, he developed a strong understanding of what it takes to create engaging experiences that bring people together. That experience ultimately led to the creation and growth of Southeast Casino Parties.

Under Charlie’s leadership, Southeast Casino Parties has grown into a premier casino entertainment company serving corporate events, private parties, fundraisers, and special events throughout North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, and beyond. From blackjack and roulette to craps and poker, the company focuses on delivering an authentic casino-night experience built around professional service, quality equipment, and, most importantly, making sure guests have an unforgettable time.

Charlie’s entrepreneurial ventures extend beyond Southeast Casino Parties. He is also the President & CEO of SE Logo, a full-service branding company based in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, and is an active investor in residential and commercial real estate.

At the heart of Charlie’s approach to business is a commitment to people—whether that means creating an incredible experience for a customer, developing his team, or continuing to find new ways to grow and improve the businesses he leads.

Outside of work, Charlie enjoys spending time at Smith Mountain Lake in Virginia with his wife, Shannon, and their daughters, Cassidy and Ashlyn.
